I am an independent curator who has been working in the museum field since 2012. I have previously worked in the curatorial departments at the Pacific Northwest Quilt and Fiber Arts Museum in La Conner, Washington; the Museum of  Northwest Art in La Conner, Washington; the University of Victoria Art Collections in Victoria, British Columbia; Open Space in Victoria, British Columbia; the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria in Victoria, British Columbia and the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC.

My current curatorial and programming practice focuses on making the arts the center of every level and aspect of society, as the arts allows us to understand, complicate, and contradict truths about human experiences. I create programming that gives more people access to arts and to show them how the arts overlap with health and wellness, education, social services, social justice, and civic advocacy.

I am available to hire for research, exhibitions consultation, and writing.
